RETURN POLICY
For new and unworn Pre-Made, Ready-to-Ship items, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for Store Credit or Exchange. 'Final Sale' items, as indicated in product descriptions, are not eligible for return.
Returns for Custom Made-to-Order items or International Shipments are usually not accepted. However, your satisfaction is vital to us, and we're here to assist with any concerns. Please contact our Care Team.
Returned items should be in mint condition, in original packaging, and shipped with tracking within 7 days of delivery (U.S based orders only).
Please note, approved returns may incur a small restocking fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We typically cannot provide reimbursement unless it's our error.
